Dared to Move

There are people moving
All around
But yet
I seem to stay

Still

I want to go
To move on
But the monster
holds me back

He is not large
In fact he's really not there at all
Just a void
Grabbing me
Holding
If I let go he dies and he can't let that
I can't

Maybe it would be better
To quit it all
Away
Forever free
I know
It won't
But sometimes I wish
I could just move
